Following successful negotiations, the federal government has announced that travel between Nigeria and the UAE will resume starting July 15. With the new agreement, updated requirements for obtaining a UAE visa have been introduced.

New Visa Requirements:

• Document Verification Number (DVN):
  • Cost: ₦640,000 (excluding VAT)
  • Validity: 14 days or until the visa application is processed
• Bank Statement:
  • A six-month bank statement showing a minimum balance of $10,000
• Travel Documents:
  • A round-trip flight ticket
  • Proof of hotel booking
